This grass puts on quite a show in the summer with its airy blooms and slightly blue foliage. Very popular with visitors, it looks great when planted en-masse. It has demonstrated sufficient winter hardiness to be considered a perennial in this climate, and it keeps its foliage and seedheads for winter interest.
